Men's Soccer Gets Back On Track, Bests JCC 3-2

Jamestown, NY -- The Kats held strong after a late surge from the Jayhawks to take home a 3-2 win in Jamestown on Wednesday.

Goals from Jason Martin and Anthony Smith put the Kats up 2-0 early in the first half before the Jayhawks would answer with a goal of their own to send the game into halftime 2-1

A Rexford Anim goal for the would put the Kats up 3-1 in the 62nd minute before a late surge from the Jayhawks would put the score at 3-2 in the late stages of the game. Goalkeeper Kee Doe and the defense of the Kats would hold strong in the late minutes to hold on to the lead for the Kats.

Kee Doe would make nine saves in the victory for the Kats.

The Kats take the field again on Sunday when they travel to take on Cayuga Community College at 3PM at Holland Stadium.
