Wins From Jonathon Pilat Highlight Erie Invitational For Kats

Buffalo, NY -- The Kats hosted Alfred State and Roberts Wesleyan on Saturday for the Erie Long Course Invitational at Burt Flickinger Athletic Center.

For the women, Alfred State won the meet with a score of 813 with Roberts Wesleyan following with 589 and the Kats rounded out the meet with 250 points.

Abbie Ettinger would highlight the women's day with a second place finish in the 100 meter long course freestyle with a time of 1:08.41.

Jonathan Pilat would be the highlight for the men as they finished second with 195 points behind Alfred State's 628.

Pilat would win three races as he took first in the 100 meter long course backstroke (1:07.60), 50 meter long course freestyle (26.79) and the 400 meter long course freestyle (5:04.06).

The Kats are back in the pool Saturday January 19th at the Alfred State Invitational.
