Women's Soccer Wins Fourth In A Row With 12-0 Win Over Jefferson

Watertown, NY -- The Kats offense was on display again when they traveled to Jefferson Community College, extending their winning streak to four with a 12-0 win on Saturday.

The Kats were lead by a three goal performance from Hannah Parucki. Jena Schelble, Annabelle MacIntosh, and Jill Spangler. Rachel Fiore, Makena Carpenter, and Myah Gargano would score a goal each to round out the scoring. Schelble would also add five assists for the Kats. Goaltenders Gabi Gray and Amber Grabp would combine for a clean sheet with support for excellent play from the backs.

"The fact that we are seeing contributions from so many different players is a tribute to their hard work. They're executing the things our coaches are asking of them, and it's been incredible to witness." said Coach Gary Boughton. Eight different Kats would either score or assist on a goal while the backs maintained defensive pressure to hold the Jefferson Community College offense at bay.

"We're off to a good start. But that's exactly what it is - a start. We've got to stick to doing the little things right, and hopefully this is just a sample of the consistency we hope to maintain throughout the season."

The Kats look to continue their success when they host Monroe Community College at 12PM on Monday September 3rd at ECC South Campus.
