Men's Hockey Improves to 15-3 With Pair of Weekend Wins

Men's hockey improved to 15-3 with big wins over Binghamton and Niagara University over the weekend.

The Kats kicked off the weekend with an 11-5 win over Binghamton. Lead by three goals from Brett Sardina, the Kats offense bombarded Binghamton after Binghamton took a 1-0 lead into the first period. The Kats would score four goals in the second period and seven in the third to ultimately get the win for goaltender Hadley Heath.

The weekend was capped off with a 7-4 win over Niagara University. John Mueller and Timothy Pillittieri would lead the Kats with two goals each. Timothy Bogdon would add two assists and Paul Spahn would pick up the win in net.

The Kats take the ice next when they host St. Bonaventure at 12PM on Sunday February 3rd.
