Kats Cheer Team Advances to Finals in Florida

The Erie Community College cheer team finished their first day of competition with much success. The Kats have moved on to the finals against some stiff competitors that include a pair of schools that have gone back and forth since 2000 with national titles in Trinity Valley CC and Navarro College.

The Kats are led by Coach LeAnne Gerth at the National Cheerleaders Association's (NCA) National Championships at Daytona Beach, Fla. With a roster that includes between 15-20 student-athletes.
