The bottom of the lineup was strong for the Kats. Ryan Boyle, Nobile and Jake Scibetta combined for nine of the team's 15 hits in their victory. They scored eight runs and drove in eight.

Jaden Korpan earned the win for Erie. The pitcher gave up three hits and three runs over four and one-third innings, striking out one and walking three. Kieran Glassford threw one and two-thirds innings of shutout ball for the Kats in relief. The pitcher allowed one hit, striking out four and walking one.
Erie piled up 15 hits in the game. Boyle, the number nine hitter, led the way with four runs batted in. The infielder went 3-for-4 on the day. Scibetta and Staubitz each collected multiple hits. Erie had patience at the plate, accumulating nine walks for the game.
Erie CC Kats will take on Mid Michagan for their next game on Wednesday.
