The Kats struggled to get the offense going against Nassau Community College on Saturday, falling to the Lions, 20-6. Erie managed just 99 total yards of offense in the game and also turned the ball over six times.
Six of the Kats points came on the defensive side of the ball when sophomore Nicholas Blake intercepted Nassau and returned the ball 44 yards for the score. Freshman Christian Ozolins led the team in tackles with 10.
Erie will host Milford Academy on Friday, October 14th at 1:00 pm at West Herr Stadium in Orchard Park.
