Erie Basketball Coaches to Coach in FIBA Tournaments this Summer

SUNY Erie Community College basketball coaches Natosha Cummings-Price and Alex Nwora will be taking on the world in a pair of high profile FIBA basketball tournaments this summer.
Cummings-Price was recently named the head coach of the Cameroon women's National Team. Her squad will compete in the FIBA Women's Afrobasket in Dakar, Senegal. Cameroon's will open against Tunisia on August 11 and play Nigeria on August 13.
Nwora is set to lead his native Nigerian Men's National Team at the FIBA World Cup in China. Nigeria is in Group B and will open against Russia on August 31. Nwora's squad also will play Argentina on September 2 and South Korea on September 4. The tournament also will serve as a qualifier for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
