Erie to Hold Hockey Tryouts for 2022-23 Season

Tryouts for the 2022-23 Erie Community College Men's Hockey Team will take place September 27-29th. 

Session will be 3:00PM each day at the Cheektowaga Town Rink.

All student-athletes MUST provide the following: 

A sports physical must be submitted on the ECC official physical form. This is the ONLY form that will be accepted as proof of physical. 

Completed medical health questionnaire 

Completed student-athlete insurance questionnaire 

Copy of insurance card (front & back)
