Eric Elliott is a dedicated and experienced hockey coach, recently appointed as an assistant coach for the Men's Ice Hockey team at SUNY Erie Kats. With a coaching career that spans over a decade in Buffalo, New York, Eric has been actively involved in shaping young talent since 2010.
Specializing in working with goalies, Eric began his coaching journey with the Depew Saints and Buffalo Regals before transitioning to a head coaching role in 2017. Under his guidance, the Southtowns Stars flourished, leading to their successful integration into the competitive Ontario Minor Hockey League under the Buffalo Regals banner.
One of Eric's notable achievements includes securing a spot for the Buffalo Regals Pee Wee Major team in the prestigious Pee Wee 66 tournament in February 2026, showcasing his ability to develop and elevate players to new heights.
Known for his unwavering passion for the game, Coach Elliott's coaching philosophy resonates with the values upheld by The Erie Kats.
