Swimming and Diving Falls To Monroe Community College In Season Opening Meet

The Kats fell to Monroe Community College on Wednesday as the women were outscored 86-73 while the men were outscored 128-45.
For the men, Jonathan Pilat won the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:59.49 and the men's 200 yard freestyle relay consisting of Dominic Bubb, Zack McPherson, Dillon Wolfe and Jonathan Pilat won with a time 1:42.88.
On the women's side, Abbie Ettinger won the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 1:01.68. Haley Roblee would win the 1 and 3 meter dives while the women's 200 yard freestyle team of Hayley Roblee, Jessica Pray, Alex Clifford and Abbie Ettinger would win with a time of 1:58.54.
The Kats are back in the pool on Friday November 2nd at Roberts Wesleyan at 6:45 PM.
