Finger Lakes Community College
April 10, 2021- Erie softball split their double header with Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday. The Kats took game one 13-10 before dropping the second game 6-2.
Alyssa Quagliana pitched all eight innings in the win allowing ten runs on ten hits. She was 3-for-4 at bat with one RBI and two runs scored. Savannah Drozda led the Kats offense with four RBI and one run scored. Sophomore Mia Trietley was 2-for-5 at the plate with an RBI and two runs scored while and Madeline Tempski also had three RBI.
Erie could not keep the offense going in game two managing just two hits in the game. Quagliana started on the mound allowing two runs on four hits through five innings pitched. Alycia Wojciechowski pitched the two final two innings, allowing four funs on four hits in the loss. Tempski and Drozda each had one hit in the game.
Erie will take the fileld on Tuesday at 4:00 pm to play Sunday's postponed double header with Finger Lakes Community College.
