Saranac Lake, NY -- The Kats picked up a pair of wins this weekend over North Country Community College, 12-6 and 9-5.
Chrissy Alonge would score four goals and assist on two more in the 12-6 win on Saturday. Alexa Nigro would also score four goals while Danielle Notto would add three and Ciera Lundy would add one to round out the scoring. Katie Todaro would make 14 saves in net for the win.
The Kats kept the scoring going on Sunday when Alonge would again lead the Kats, scoring five goals. Lundy, Nigro, Rachel Kostelny, and Annabelle MacIntosh would round out the scoring for the Kats. Todaro would again make 14 saves for the win.
The win on Saturday qualified the Kats for the NJCAA Region III Playoffs.
The Kats are back in action Friday May 3rd when they take on University at Buffalo Club Lacrosse at 6PM.
