Kats volleyball rolls past Roberts Wesleyan JV
The Erie Community College volleyball team continued its strong play with a straight-set win over Roberts Wesleyan JV, taking the match 25–13, 25–13, 25–20 at the Burt Flickinger Center.
Head coach Craig Starzynski was pleased with the team's execution, saying, "This was a good win today. We had a chance to work on improving our offense and serving today, and the girls really delivered. Avari and Bri served and played great defensively."
Morgan Nixon led the Kats with 8 kills, while Cianna Wiseman tallied 8 digs. Kadie Benzel recorded 10 assists, and Cianna Marasco added 8 assists and 5 aces in the victory.
Up next, the Kats will compete in the WNYAC Championship on Saturday at SUNY Niagara, where they'll take on Jamestown Community College at 10:00 a.m.
